2025 Shanghai International Pizza Masters, initiated in 2013, stands as an authoritative competition within the pizza industry. With a decade of competitive experience, it has attracted over 600 pizza restaurant brands vying for tens of thousands of dollars in cash prizes.
As the organizer of the event, Shanghai UBM International Exhibition Co., Ltd. is dedicated to fostering the growth of the pizza industry in China, encouraging innovation in pizza products, disseminating pizza knowledge and culture, and uncovering exceptional pizza talents. The championship provides a platform for professional pizza chefs in China to showcase their skills, compete, and engage in exchange.
The competition is divided into two categories: the Fine Chocolate Contest and the Fine Chocolate Beverage Contest. From these, four prestigious awards will be adjudicated: the Fine Chocolate Designer Award, the Fine Chocolate Artisan Award, the Master of Fine Cocoa Beverages Award, and the People’s Choice Award.
